1.When can I get the price?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are in urgent need of the price, you can contact us by E-mail  so  that  we  will  regard  your  inquiry  as  the  first  priority.

2.How can I get a sample to check your quality?

 After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. Samples are charged,  but the sample cost can be  refundable after order confirmation when your quantity  is above the MOQ. 

3.Can you do the design for us?

 We have a professional team with rich experience in packaging box design and manufacturing. We can manufacture the products according to  your requirements. Send us high resolution images with your logo and text, then tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for  confirmation.

4.How long can I expect to get the sample?

 After the recipt of the samples charge and the confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery within 3-5days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive within 3-7 days.  You  can  use  your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

5.What about the lead time for mass production?

 Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season that you place the order. The lead time is about 35-45 days after getting the deposit or LC.

Generally speaking, we suggest  you start inquiry two months before the date you would  like  to get  the products at your country.
